Can You Stay On Track for 4 Weeks?
Any Associate Can Participate in This Challenge!
To officially sign up, click on the events tab on Mindbody (link below) then click on “Sign Up Now!”
1. What do I do?
- Get active at least 3-5 days a week, 30 minutes a day, for 4 weeks!
2. How do I track my fitness activity?
- Check in on Mindbody on the days you are active. You will see a "Stay on Track Challenge" listed in the group classes tab.
- Simply click "check in" on that tab and it will record the fact you were active that day.
3. What are the dates of the challenge?
The challenge begins Monday, Sept. 18th, and will finish Oct. 13th.
4. What will I win?
We want to reward every associate who decides to get active so make sure to check-in on Mindbody (link below) at least 3 times per week for 4 weeks.
As you are active, don’t forget to complete step 4 of your wellness incentive with CareHere! (link below). Get paid back to burn calories.
Finishers will receive a t-shirt, certificate of completion, and their name entered in a drawing to win a Fitbit Blaze smartwatch!
