Purpose
Materials Needed
- Tennis Ball
- a meter stick
- a partner
Hypothesis

Procedure:Visual
Clasp the tennis ball at waist height of your partner.
Prepare to drop the tennis ball from the highest point of the meter stick
Drop the tennis ball
Have your partner try to catch it as quickly as he/she can. Remember to not give a warning verbally when you drop it
Record the distance the ball fell before your partner grabbed it.
Enter data into data table
Repeat this two more times
Procedure:Auditory
Repeat the procedure as the visual, but this time your partner must close his/her eyes
As you prepare the drop the ball from the highest point of the meter stick, the dropper must say now right before he/she drops the ball
Drop the tennis ball
Record the distance the ball fell
Repeat this two more times
Procedure:Tactile
- Repeat the procedure as the visual, but this time the dropper must indicate he/she is dropping the ball by tapping the catcher on the shoulder or on the head
