First Grade Forest
Ms. Briggs' Class
SAVE THE DATE - Briggs' Class Award Brunch and End of the Year Celebration!
Monday June 6 at 11 am- following the Claxton Variety show. It will last approximately an hour.
The First Grade Forest has a couple of project that we would like to share with you. This will be a special event for students and we would love parents to come. We will watch a video from the year, enjoy a brunch together and every student will receive a special award from this year. Please Join us for an hour of special recognition on MONDAY JUNE 6th!!!! Be prepare that parking on this day may be crowded.
Please bring a dish/snack that your child will enjoy with the rest of his or her class. Some ideas the students suggested are: chips, veggies and dip, sweets, ants on a log, pigs in a blanket, mac and cheese, watermelon, apples, peaches, cheese and crackers, Teddy grams, sandwiches, chicken wings, juices and other drinks.
I will order a pizza for everyone to have a small slice.
Field Day Reminder
You need to send a water bottle with name
wear athletic/ tennis shoes with socks
layer for for warm weather
they may also need a towel
Wednesday (last day) is a 1/2 day. School will dismiss at 12:30!

We have enough snacks to last us about a week more. We will accept donations of any snacks to last us the 4 remaining weeks. Thank you so much : )
