Time For Us To Take Our Second iReady Benchmark!
Can you believe we have completed 102 days of school already?!! With about four weeks left in the second trimester, it is time for us to take our second iReady Benchmark assessment of the year! We use this TK-5 assessment as a tool to support our intervention block, support reteaching, ensure their daily iReady lessons are at an accessible level, and practice testing protocols and strategies for grades 3-5 that will participate in state testing later this year.
You can support their successful participation by reminding your child to:
- Take their time and do not rush
- Read each question and answer choice carefully
- For math, show their work using scratch paper
- For reading, read and reread each passage
- Check their work!
- Try their best!
Thank you for your support, including ensuring they are at school daily and on time. Please let me know if you have any questions,
Mrs. Burke

Cafeteria Changes for Lunch and Breakfast
All students MUST have a complete breakfast and a complete lunch every day. For both meals, you MUST take milk, fruit, or vegetable and the main dish being served even if you don't eat/drink it. You can share what you don't want with someone. This change is to make sure that the kitchen receives enough money to prepare all those delicious meals.
