Advice With Love

Boy Problems from "the Loveless Girl in Athens"

Dear Gabby,  I have read your column for years, but i never thought that i would be writing to you. I've tried going to meetings of "Women who love too much" but im still hurting, so i thought maybe you could help me. My problem is that the guy i love doesn't want to be in the same room with me...I follow him everywhere. I try my best to get him to love me. All he does is insult me. Should i keep trying to get him to love me back or just move on?

Help to the Loveless Girl in Athens

Dear Loveless Girl in Athens,

It seems like your having some boy trouble. I understand your whole problem and I'm ready to help. Thats what I'm here for.

Maybe you should quit waiting for Demetrius to love you and just go with Lysander. You would be in love and wouldn't be so desperate. A bad thing though is you might lose your friendship with Hermia. I don't know if it's worth losing your bestfriend over a guy.

Another thing you could do is become a nun. You wouldn't have to deal with all that drama. You wouldn't be so stressed out all the time. A bad thing is you would never know what true love feels like.

Whatever you end up doing, you have to make the best of it. Find a guy who loves you for; who you are, who treats you like a queen, and who doesn't make fun of you all the time. Goodluck with all this trouble your going through.

Sincerely, Gabby
