Last week I was in Austin with the Katy ISD Board of Trustee’s Legislative Committee and a few other residents who also participated in the Community Listening Circles last Fall.

We met with the two Senators and four Representatives that represent portions of Katy ISD and discussed the Katy ISD's Legislative Priorities: School & Community Engagement / Governmental Relations (katyisd.org)

Areas of focus included: increasing the basic allotment; supporting retention and

recruitment that strengthens the teacher workforce; and proposed voucher legislation that would give taxpayer money to private schools.

All supplies will be shipped & delivered FREE directly to your home. Includes the items requested by teachers and one BDJH PTA Membership per pack.

Remember to order for the grade your student will be entering in August 2023.
