Week at a Glance
Week of May 20th
Things to know...
* PALS and SOL Testing Continues!
* Tuesday we take Science in grades 3rd-5th.
* Thursday we take MATH in grades 3rd-5th.
* No School Next MONDAY! Yay!
* As we prepare for the end of the year, I always encourage you to slowly clean you room as we approach June. My least favorite thing is an over flowing trashcan in the parking lot! Take the time to organize/clean up one area a day/week and get trash out as soon as you can.
* I tagged grade levels in the Supply List google doc so you can get a head start on creating those. I like to review these and the office prepares a one page list for report cards and businesses this summer.
* You also need to make class lists for the coming year. For the most part, I do not make changes, but I do occasionally. I am always looking for a bell curve as much as possible. 504's can be spread to any class but we do however usually group IEP's so we can provide SPED time in the most effective manner. I have created a google doc for the school. There is a tab for each teacher, and there are three colors in each tab. Organize the students in high, medium, and low as well as indicating behavior, sped/504...https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1euhsis4seT_ZaYMojEJA2YJENUEZZrKFzYxte2ivnog/edit#gid=1459441813
Let me know if you have any questions.
* The EOY check out sheet and procedures will be coming out soon.
