A Double Header from 'Martz'

Found online at www.journalstandard.com . . .

Didn't see these in print yet, but they are posted in Matthew Martinez's blog on the Journal Standard. Click on the titles below to read his articles this weekend.

And, in case you missed the announcement last week:

Aquin Senior Matthew Martinez is now writing a blog for the Journal Standard. And since he's the aspiring journalist (headed to Marquette in the Fall), we'll let him introduce himself and his column:

" . . . the point of this column is to give readers a unique perspective: the world as seen through the eyes of a millennial. This could mean a number of things to different people: this column could be a source of enlightenment to outsiders, or a source of solidarity to my fellow young adults who are trying to find their way in the world, as well. My perspective on things is going to be unique; rest assured, the glasses that I see the world with are not rose-tinted . . .

. . . My name is Matthew Martinez, but my friends call me Martz. I want everyone who is reading this right now to know that I consider you to be my friend. Ergo, call me Martz any time you please. Lastly, I would like to thank you for the privilege of your time.

Until next week,
