Yearbook Orders!!!
It’s that time again! École O.L.P.H.’s Grade 5-8 Yearbook is in the final stages of preparation and the color yearbook will be be off to print by the end of the year. This year we are continuing with the online yearbook site from Lifetouch Photographers as we were quite pleased with the results. Like last year, the yearbooks will arrive in September.
We are requesting that students order and pay for the yearbook in advance in order to facilitate the processing and printing. The cost of the yearbook is $27.00.
Please complete the order form attached below and submit it to your homeroom teacher by Wednesday, April 10th. Payment may be done by cash, cheque (payable to EICS) or Visa via Powerschool (after April 11th). As stated earlier, the yearbooks will be ready for pick up early in September. Please provide a phone number, address and/or email address only if your child will not be attending École OLPH next year. We will arrange for the yearbooks to be delivered to ABJ for distribution. We thank you and look forward to providing you with a book that is filled with lasting memories from your child’s middle school years.
Regards,
Mme Gagnon

Dear Parents,
LINKING GENERATIONS will pilot a new Volunteer Grandparent program at Ecole Our Lady of Perpetual Help School in September 2018!!!
In readiness for this exciting program, Linking Generations will begin recruiting Senior Volunteers in May and June, who wish to connect with our students in our school classrooms.
Senior volunteers will enjoy the chance to share skills, knowledge and experience, while providing a valuable community service. The Linking Generations Volunteer Grandparent Program will work in partnership with Elk Island Catholic School Board and local groups to develop, place, and support volunteers within the framework of the Grandparent Program.
If you or a Senior Family member is interested in volunteering, please email Debbie Sinclair; Executive Director; Linking Generations at linkgendebbie@telus.net or check out Linking Generations website at www.linkinggenerations.ca
