Key words that encourage the audience to buy victory bonds are

- KEEP THESE HANDS OFF ! ( shows enemies hands in a monstrous way
Purpose
The purpose of this propaganda poster is for the people to buy victory bonds by using the feel of fear with the woman and child in target. We also see that the Axis powers are displayed as monsters by U.S view.
Effectiveness
On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate this a 4 because of how they view the axis powers makes you of them and the fact what appears to be a mother and they're child in danger. I feel as if the woman and baby were to look more distressed the propaganda poster would've been better.
