A Flyer About Fats.

What's Its Relevance??
Most people only see fats as a bad thing, but in reality, they're essential to our lives. Fats not only store energy, they also insulate our bodies, and they protect our vital organs. The also act as messengers to help proteins do their jobs.
Well, where can I get some?!
The major sources of most "healthy" fats are nuts, seeds, fish, avocados, and most plant-based oils.
Is more good? Or less?
Well, if your body get too many fats, you run the risk of getting type 2 diabetes, and obesity. On the other hand, if your body doesn't get enough fats, then you run the risk of depression, poor vitamin absorption, as well as an increased risk of cancer.
What's so great about fats anyway??

-Fat cells exist in all parts of the body except for the eyelids, parts of the esophagus, and the brain.
BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!!
A - All fats aren't bad for you, in fact without fats, we would die.
T - There are more fat cells in he human body than there are people on Earth.
S - Saturated fats are fats that are not good for you in large quantities.
