Kangaroo.
The kangaroo family is divided into three groups — small kangaroos (kangaroo rats), medium size (Wallaby), and large. Large kangaroos, in turn, are divided into three types. The largest is the red kangaroo. Somewhat inferior in size to the red kangaroo — grey, or timber, kangaroo. And third — wallaroo, or mountain, kangaroo.

Kangaroos live only in Australia and on the neighbouring continent of Islands, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Western Guinea, Tasmania and the Bismarck archipelago. But the natural habitat of different species is absolutely different.
The kangaroo has powerful back legs, massive tail, narrow shoulders, little similar to human hands, forepaws with which kangaroos dig up the tubers and roots.Kangaroos jump up to 12 m in length and up to 3 m in height. Body weight is 80 kg.
The kangaroo is the simbol of Australia. We can see it on the coast of arms of Australia, Western Australia,New South Wales, Victoria and Northern Territory.
