THANK YOU!

A special thanks to the Nancy Ryles Community: teachers, staff, parents and volunteers. Friendship Parties at school didn't have the traditional support of the NRCO this year but the students had amazing celebrations. So many parents prepped activities and games at home, for the kids to do in the classroom. And for all the people who helped support their students to bring in Valentine cards to exchange... The students had a special day. Thank you to everyone who helped make this celebration of friendship a success.

GUEST SPEAKER: Tuesday, March 8th at 7pm

Our last session with Megan Barella, Positive Parenting Coach, will be next month on Tuesday, March 8th at 7pm.

NRCO Leadership Update

Corrie Villatoro has served as our co-treasurer for this school year. Unfortunately, she will not be able to finish the year as treasurer. Thank you Corrie, for all that you’ve done for Nancy Ryles! We’ll miss you! Our Secretary, Sandy Carpenter, is moving into the role of Co-Treasurer. Thank you Sandy! This transition will be happening during the month of February.

Volunteer Opportunities

Croc Walk

Croc Walk is our biggest fundraiser of the year. We are looking for a team of people to coordinate the Croc Walk. It is currently scheduled for Friday, May 20. If you would like to help make this happen, please contact Jill Rector at president@nancyrylesco.com.

NRCO Secretary

Due to some changes in our leadership team, we need a Secretary. Responsibilities include keeping the meeting minutes at general NRCO meetings (second Tuesday of each month) and NRCO Leadership meetings (fourth Tuesday of each month). Special Education Parent Resource Fair - April 6, 2022

Parents will have an opportunity to listen to presentations from different organizations and businesses that serve children with disabilities and their families! Parents will also have an opportunity to ask questions of the presenters after their formal presentations.
