Varsity Football General Admission Tickets Now Available!
Hewitt-Trussville Varsity Football is scheduled to kickoff on August 21 at Pinson Valley. This year's home schedule includes: Saraland, Thompson, Hoover, Gadsden City, and Oak Mountain.

General admission tickets are now available for all five home games. Each individual game is $7 each plus processing fee. This is $1 cheaper than purchasing a ticket on game day!
Also, new this year is the season ticket option. For $35 plus processing fee you can pre-purchase your ticket to ALL regular season home games! This is the cheapest option available for fans that plan to attend all home games. Refunds will be given for any game(s) cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Important Athletic Ticket Information
Athletic contests are scheduled to begin statewide in August. Any changes that are announced will be communicated.
Beginning Fall 2020, Hewitt-Trussville Athletics will move to a cashless and contact free entry into all athletic events. HT Athletics has teamed with GoFan to streamline the ticket purchase and game entry process. The safety of our students, staff, and fans is our number one priority. This new process will also improve security and speed up entry entering the stadium. Please note that almost all away region games will operate under the same procedure.
Fans now have three ways to purchase tickets for athletic events:
1. Pre-Purchase
Fans will visit the schools' GoFan link www.gofan.co/hewitttrussvillehuskies
Tickets purchased this way are visible on the fan's phone and will be validated at the point of entry
2. Self Checkout
Self check out stands will be placed around the gate entrances. Fans will scan the QR code on the sign and can then pay via credt card, debit card, Apple pay, etc.

3. Box Office
Onsite payment that is contact free---Insert, swipe, or tap card
Discover, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay are all valid
Fans that purchase tickets this way will get a hard ticket to be placed in a trash can after entry
Please note that cash WILL NOT be accepted at athletic events. Fans can pre-purchase tickets, use the self checkout kiosks, or pay by card at the box office

If you choose to pre-pay for a ticket, you will have the tickets loaded onto your phone. See the example below of how these tickets are validated at the gate.
#2 Example for Self Checkout
If a fan chooses to use the self checkout kiosk, they will scan the code from the sign then proceed to pay. Please see the images below.
#3 Example of Box Office
If a fan chooses to use their card at the box office, they will insert, swipe, or tap in this contact free option. They will then receive a paper ticket to enter the game. Please see the picture below.
High School Volleyball Tickets Now Available!
Hewitt-Trussville Volleyball is schedule to begin the home portion of their 2020 schedule on August 25. Please select the link below to see the full Varsity schedule:

Tickets for all home games are now available. Tickets are $5 each plus fee for each home date. Fans also have the option to choose the season ticket option. This option is $35 plus fee and grants entry to all regular season home games. Refunds will be given for any game(s) cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Middle School Football Tickets Now Available
Hewitt-Trussville Middle School Football is scheduled to host games on five dates this fall. Here is the home schedule:
September 10 vs Pizitz
September 24 vs Clay-Chalkville
October 1 vs Homewood
October 14 7th Grade Playoff Game
October 15 8th Grade Playoff Game
Tickets are now on sale for these home dates. Tickets are $5 each plus processing fee for each date. Fans can also save money by choosing the season ticket option. The season ticket is $20 plus processing fee and includes a ticket to all five home dates. Refunds will be given for any game(s) cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Middle School Volleyball Tickets Now Available
HTMS Volleyball is scheduled to kick off home competition on August 24. Tickets are now available for each regular season home date. Tickets are $5 each plus processing fee for each date. We also have a season ticket option for $30 plus processing fee available. Refunds will be given for any game(s) cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Student Passes are Back!
In an effort to increase our fan base and make game attendance more affordable, Student Athletic Passes will be available for the third consecutive year. Every student in the district (K-12) will have the opportunity to have their own personalized athletic pass card. With this pass, students will be able to enter ALL HTMS and HTHS home regular season sporting events. The pass is $25 and can be purchased during registration as an item on the activity sheet.

Q. What is the purpose of the Student Athletic Pass?
A. The Student Athletic Pass will be available to ALL students in the district (K-12). Our goal is to make it easier and more affordable for students to attend Hewitt-Trussville sporting events.
Q. What can I attend with this pass?
A. Students that have their pass can enter ALL HTMS and HTHS home regular season sporting events. Every sport! For the entire 2020-2021 school year!
Q. How much does this pass cost?
A. The Student Athletic Pass is $25
Q. How do I purchase a Student Athletic Pass?
A. Passes are available at all five TCS schools and can be purchased through registration
Q. Do students with a Student Athletic Pass still need to buy a ticket?
A. No. The Student Athletic Pass is good for admission to ALL HTMS and HTHS regular season home games. Tickets will need to be purchased for playoff games only.
Q, Is there anything on the back of the Student Athletic Pass?
A. Yes! Our card sponsor Tula J Boutique offers 15% off regularly priced items. This is a great bonus to purchasing the card!
Important Information for Athletes
Parents,
The Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA) requires all student-athletes to complete eligibility paperwork each year. For the third consecutive year, this process will be done online rather than in paper copy. Any student, wishing to participate in athletics, that will be in grades 7-12 for the 2020-2021 school year will be required to complete this process. Please follow the instructions below to complete these forms for the 2020-2021 school year. Students’ forms for 2020-2021 must be complete in order to participate in summer activities. This is for AHSAA sanctioned sports only.
*AHSAA recently announced that they will accept current physicals through July 26, 2020.

Important Information Concerning Athletic Physicals
Athletic physicals are good for one year. AHSAA has announced that current physicals will be accepted through July 26, 2020. If your physical expired in March, April, May or June, it is valid through July 26. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer mass physicals this year. Please make plans to see your primary care provider to complete a physical if needed. Physicals must be completed on the Revised 2018 form. All items must be completed on the form. Volleyball to Begin Tryouts July 27
Hewitt-Trussville High School and Hewitt-Trussville Middle School will begin Volleyball tryouts on July 27. Both tryouts will be held at HTHS. Students' athletic paperwork must be 100% complete in order to tryout.

2020 Swimming Information
Hewitt-Trussville High School is putting together the Swimming team roster for the 2020 season. The season begins in late September and lasts until late November. The Varsity team is open to 7th-12th grade students.
