Which Application is Right for You?!

It's important to check which application is preferred at each school that you are planning to apply to! Pick the application(s) that make the most sense for the school and for you!

  1. Common Application
  2. College Foundation of North Carolina
  3. Coalition Application
  4. Universal College Application
  5. Some schools have their own application!

Application Deadlines Defined

Posted in your Crosby Scholars Student Portal is a summary of various options for submitting college applications. As you begin applying to colleges, please make sure that you understand the requirements and limitations of each. If you are unclear on the guidelines for a particular school, communicate with someone in the admission office until you understand the expectations. Policies vary, especially under Restrictive Early Action, and it is best to be absolutely certain how to proceed. Good luck as you embark on application season and decide which option(s) is/are best for you—Early Action, Early Decision I and II, Restrictive Early Action (also known as Single-Choice Early Action), Regular Admission, or Rolling Admission!

Connect with a Crosby Scholars Alumni in College!

On July 31st, a student panel of Crosby Scholars Alumni met with a group of rising seniors interested in highly selective colleges. The panel gave great advice and information about their experience applying to and attending highly selective schools. We are so lucky to have alumni all over the country attending college and willing to connect with our current students.
