AP Env. Science AB: Week 3 Update
16 week Spring 2020
This Week's Focus: Biogeochemical Cycles
We will finish our study of Introduction to Environmental Science and begin our study of Science, Matter, Energy, and Systems this week. Specifically, we will be focusing on environmental problems, the carbon cycle, nitrogen cycle, phosphorous cycle, sulfur cycle, and oxygen cycle. More information about the content, the location of each handout, and helpful hints for each assignment can be found in Module 1: Intro to Environmental Science and Module 2: Science Matter Energy and Systems.
If you haven't been getting the grades you hoped for on your assignments, think about what you can do differently:
- Are you logging on to the live synchronous sessions or watching the recordings?
- Are you spending the suggested minimum of 60-90 minutes per day on AP Environmental Science?
- Are you contacting me and asking for help if you do not understand something?
If you aren't doing ALL of these things, try doing them and see if your grade improves. It's worth a shot! And do not wait until the last minute to complete (or start) your assignments, as they take some time to do.
As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me:
