Remote Learning Cont.
November 30-December 4
This is NOT AMI; This is not like Nov 23/24
Devices that have been left at school can be picked between 9:00-9:30 am on Monday, November 30th. Drive up to the front of the school and come to the main (old) front doors.
If you do not have internet access at your home, please send an email to me (sbewley1@sdale.org) so I can see if a hot spot is available. Also, devices should be used for school purposes only. YouTube and other apps must be loaded on them so the remote lessons will work. This means that parents or adults should be monitoring the use of the device as much as possible.
School buildings are not closed. Some students will be invited for targeted intervention sessions if parents can bring them. These sessions will not be required but will be suggested for specific students to meet their needs.
Food services will provide pick-up meals on Mondays and Thursdays. Meal kits will contain three meals and will be free to all Springdale students. More information will come out about this at a later date.
We know this may be a difficult week for our families, but be assured this is difficult for us as well. We wish COVID would disappear so school could be "normal". If we all work together, we can have a successful week of remote teaching and learning.
Santa pictures are being postponed but will take place the following week. Exact dates will come out in our next newsletter.
As always, reach out to your child's teacher if you are having problems with the lessons or need further assistance through email.
