Reading Without Walls Challenge
This week in library class, students in grades 3-5 are being challenged to “Read Without Walls”. This is a challenge that was created by the 2016 National Ambassador for Young People’s Literature- Gene Luen Yang. The challenge will run through Friday, 2/24. Participating students will read 3 books based on the criteria below. The purpose is to get them out of their “reading box” and experience the lives of others through books. Students who complete the challenge will receive a bookmark and have their log displayed on the wall outside the library. We have a display set up on the gray shelves in the library to help students select books for this challenge.
