Prior Experience

To become an executive chef, we expect 1-2 year as a Chef de Cuisine (Executive Sous-Chef) with a high school diploma at least.

Skills Needed

This job will desire skills in sanitation, food service, Recipes, culinary arts, cooking, outline of food preparation, and food quality.

Necessary skills include hazard analysis and critical control.
