Duluth - Strategic Planning Process - April 26 & May 10
Duluth Public Schools is embarking on a strategic planning process. This process will allow the district to develop an up-to-date operational plan and provide clarity and focus on our work. The last time the district went through a strategic planning process was in 2018. We are partnering with an organization called TeamWorks International in a “classroom to boardroom” strategic planning process.
Families are invited to attend a focus group session either in person on April 26 from 5-6:30 p.m. at Laura MacArthur Elementary media center or virtually May 10 from 5-6:30 p.m.
There is no preparation to do prior to meeting other than thinking about how you would answer the statement:
When I engage with Duluth Public Schools or my school, my desired experience would include _________________.
You can find more information about the strategic planning process at www.isd709.org/strategic-plan. Please confirm your attendance by registering here:
