WEEKLY NEWSLETTER OF O. HENRY MIDDLE SCHOOL
Thank you O. Henry Mustangs!
Wow Mustangs! It has been quite a ride and with all that we’ve been through, we actually came out on top. I’ve been so proud of all our efforts as a school this year.
Everyone that is a part of O. Henry Middle School should be extremely happy that they made the best of all the challenges from this year. This is a special place and I mean that when I say it. Our teachers and staff made it a mission to ensure that no matter what, we were going to educate our students to the best of our abilities each and every day. They succeeded; and so did our O. Henry students!
Students-- you all overcame a lot and you will all remember this year when you look back on your education. I would be lying to you if I said I wasn’t apprehensive and even scared about what was to be as we embarked on this journey starting last August. But to my surprise, our Mustang students and teachers never met a task they weren’t able to overcome. And they did so with flying colors!
Many thanks also to out to many of our Mustang Team to make this year a success
To all of our staff – thank you for being willing to help out whenever needed and doing so with a smile.
To our cafeteria crew – thank you for working tirelessly to feed the many mouths each day.
To our custodial crew – thank you for moving things around – here, there and everywhere and keeping our school looking beautiful.
To our SRO and Nurse- that you for keeping our school safe and healthy.
To our teaching assistants and education support staff-- thank you for your flexibility and ensuring our in person and home learners had all the support they needed.
To our teachers – thank you for being absolute rock stars each and every day with your innovations and embracing a new way of teaching.
To our front office – thank you for keeping things organized and our campus running smoothly each day.
To our administrative, counseling, and instructional team-thank you for supporting our students and staff this school year with your flexibility, resourcefulness and innovation.
To our parents, grandparents, guardians and caretakers – thank you for supporting us every step of the way and giving your student and our campus team encouragement when we needed it most. We are grateful for our enduring partnerships this school year.
To our Mustang students – You will remember this year and what you went through – and you did awesome! You lived, laughed, and learned all along the way. We are so proud of you this year and all that you did to stay engaged and your learning.
Mustangs, CONGRATULATIONS on reaching this milestone of a school year! As you start your summer, remember that--- We believe in you and your potential more than you know. We wish you a wonderful summer holiday as well as continued good health. Take care and we look forward to the opportunity to be together again when schools reopen in August.
Make it a great summer to be an O. Henry Mustang!
