Capturing Kids Heart:

Are you referring back to your classroom Social Contract to redirect behavior or talk through issues? This is a living document that everyone has signed and it's a great way to hold us and your students accountable for their behavior.

Conscious Discipline:

Are you keeping your composure in check? We are already feeling the stress, how are you managing it? Find someone to talk to, to reach out to, in order to keep you in check so you can be effective for you students.

Our kids need to see us reach out and manage our stress in a productive, healthy way so they know they can reach out in a productive, healthy way as well!
