If our school sells 50 kits between Monday, May 18th and Sunday, May 24th, our school's name will go into a drawing to win a $2,500 Germ Fighting Kit filled with Purell, Clorox and Kleenex products to help everyone at your school stay safe.
Optional Environmental Preference Form Due BEFORE Monday, May 18th
Last Day to Complete!
Our goal is to create balanced classrooms that include but are not limited to academic level,
personality, and language proficiency. Classes that are not adequately balanced result in
unsatisfactory learning conditions for students and teachers alike. This is an opportunity to assist your child’s present teacher with classroom placement ideas for the next school year. Please note that we will not accept forms which include a teacher’s name. Forms are due before Monday, May 18th.

Report Cards
Elementary students will receive report cards in June following guidance from the Oregon Department of Education. Teachers will consider a student’s academic progress prior to the school closure on March 13th, 2020 and any new evidence of student learning during Distance Learning. Students will receive marks of P(pass) or I (Incomplete) in core academic areas:
P (Pass): Progressing toward essential standards
I (Incomplete): Not yet progressing toward essential standards
In addition, teachers will provide specific comments which will help families to understand their student’s strengths, as well as next steps for learning / practice for their child. No student will be penalized for lack of participation during Distance Learning, and all students will continue to the next grade in the fall.
