News From Mr. Chapp and Physical Education!
2023….HERE WE COME!!! Check out some of the action from the first half of the school year below! As we head into the new year, I’d like to remind all students and families that appropriate gym shoes must be worn in order to participate in physical education class for the safety of all. I sent home a letter last week (see left) as a reminder. If students are wearing boots to school, please have them bring gym shoes with them to school so they can participate. There are a ton of different kinds of shoes out there, but the main types of shoes that do NOT work for PE class are: boots, crocs, sandals, flip flops, high heels, flats, and shoes that slip off easily.
Thanks! Mr. Chapp

Do You Know Where Your Boots Are?

Michigan Weather Continues to Confuse Us!
Michigan has thrown us some unusual weather this year. At some point we are going to see snow (at least that's what we'd expect . . .). Please make sure to remind your child when the snow flies, they'll need to know where their boots are! Our playground is a fun place when dressed safely for the weather. Students should have proper winter gear to safely enjoy outdoor recesses. That includes hats and gloves, winter coat, and boots!
Beck Family Volunteers Open Positions - Need Your Help!
Our Beck Family Volunteers (BFV) are looking for someone to fill two positions - Fund Raising Chair, and Communications/Social Media Coordinator. If you have an interest in either of these positions, or want to grab a friend and co-fill them, please contact BFV President Laura Brown
