Material Distribution/Return Information
Final Distribution and/or Return of Materials Grades 1-5
Tuesday, June 2 and Wednesday, June 3
7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Pick up remaining personal items from school including items in the lost and found.
Return: library books, any materials loaned by school, school owned band or orchestra instruments. Chromebooks: If your child is NOT returning to the Mounds View School District next year, the Chromebook isn’t functioning correctly, or you simply don’t want to keep it for the summer.
Please follow these safety procedures:
If you or anyone in your immediate family has COVID-19 symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath, etc.) you should not attend.
We will follow the same format as we used for our first distribution event. The pick-up/drop off of materials will be done in a drive-up format. Families will remain in their vehicle, and a staff person will come out to assist you.
Families will be asked to form a single file car line, similar to our drop-off and pick-up lines. Bel Air staff members will be meeting cars at door 11. Once families have received their bag(s) of materials, and we have retrieved any materials you are returning, you may exit the parking lot. In addition, we will be displaying lost and found items. (Jackets, snow pants, and boots) along the fence. If you recognize an item that belongs to your child, a staff member will bring it to your car. Items in the lost and found with names on them will be returned with student materials. We appreciate your patience and adherence to these directions.
If a lack of transportation prohibits your ability to come to school, please notify the Bel Air office at 651-621-6300.
