Pumpkin Pie Cake
Thanksgiving special
Ingredients
1-29 oz can pumpkin
4 eggs
1-13 oz can evaporated milk
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/8 tsp salt
Toppings
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup melted margarine
1 cup chopped pecans
whipped cream
Directions
Mix all but topping together and pour into a 9x13 uncreased pan.
Sprinkle box of cake mix over the top of cake.
Pour butter/margarine over cake mix (dont mess)
Sprinkle nuts
THEN,
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour (check @ 50 mins if too brown cover with foil)
Top with wipped cream to serve.
