Update Your Child's Health Information for the 2020-2021 School Year!
Below you will find a link to provide us with updated health information for your student. Please click on the link and complete the form as directed. If you have already completed this survey THIS school year for your student, please disregard. This information is confidential and will only be shared with those working directly with your student on a need to know basis.
We are asking parents of all new students (newly enrolled in CCSD, Pre-K, Kindergarten), along with those whose students have had any changes to their health, to complete the survey. It is very important that we have current information for your student's health on file. If you need to contact the school nurse for any reason, she can be reached via email at

Resources from the Summerlin Library
Summerlin Library provides a wealth of resources, programs and services to help your students succeed with distance learning:
- Early student hours: Mondays-Fridays, 7:30am-10am, Grades K-12 and college with proof of enrollment. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The Homework Hub, a quiet space for students in Grades K-12 to work on schoolwork. Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, 10am-6pm; Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 10am-12:30pm. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Masks required.
- Free in-person homework help Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 1pm to 6pm, in the Homework Hub, Grades K-5. Students must bring material to work on and masks are required.
- Free WiFi
- Four Computers, first come, first served
- Free printing for school assignments, up to 10 pages
