-Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant

-A la carte cooking during low and high volume periods

-Maintain great work flow

-Organize and clean work area

-Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the kitchen manager

-Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station

-Adhere to cost control guidelines

-Ability to get along with other team members

-Ability to maintain sense of urgency, keep momentum
