The Frankenmuth Civic Events Council is looking for volunteers to be banner carriers in the Bavarian Festival Parade on Sunday, June 11th. We are looking for kids in grades 4-6 to participate. For every child that signs up, the Civic Events Council will donate $10 towards their school account whether it be a field trip, t-shirt, etc. For example, 4th graders that walk this year would put the $10 towards their Hartley trip next year.

Our 3rd graders are having a SEND OFF TO SUMMER FUNdraiser! We are offering the following package to be purchased for $5.00. The one-tine fee will allow your child to participate in all of the following activities! ALL ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, MAY 25, 2023.

Monday, June 5 - Continue your field day festivities with your own flying disk

Tuesday, June 6- Focus with your fidget ball and enjoy a read aloud in the outdoor classroom with Mrs. Karwat.

Wednesday, June 7-Fun in the sun with your new sunglasses & bubbles.

Thursday, June 8- Glow during your reading time in your classroom with a finger flashlight and a glow stick.

Friday, June 9- Enjoy some lemonade and popcorn while taking a break outside or watching a movie.

It is a paid position and the times are from 10:45-1:15 pm.

To align our safety practices with EFR and FHS, parents will no longer be allowed to eat lunch with students during their lunch time. We thank you for your understanding with this. If you would like to help out or volunteer in the classroom, please reach out to the teacher and make sure you have filled out the Background FERPA Form.

If you want to volunteer for anything regarding your child, whether it is in the classroom, on a field trip, or a school event, you must have the background check from filled out with a copy of your driver's license attached. The paper is attached below.
