If I Can Stop

The poem had a nice flow to it due to the use of rhythm.

Figurative Language

Emily used metaphors such as "fainting robins" to indirectly express her emotions.
I like his poem because to me, it represents hope. It tells the story of a person helping one in pain, and continuing to help that person until the recover and return to happiness and security.
