Athletic Director News
It's a VERY BUSY time in the Athletic Department and quite atypical.
FALL SEASON kicked off this week and a healthy number of Middle School students are participating in Cross Country. If your child is having a change of heart and wants to join a friend already participating please register by this Sunday when FamilyID.com will close for the season. This team is coached by MS teacher, Gordon Cole who is assisted by MS teacher Barbara Callahan.
Looking ahead to WINTER, co-ed wrestling is the only sport offered by the school department. The cost is $125 and the season runs from the Monday after Thanksgiving until early February after school in the HS cafeteria. Remember, wrestling pairings are based on weight and as such there are opportunities for everyone, boys and girls. At the HS level, there is now a female wrestling post-season offered by the MIAA. To register, go to FamilyID.com and search on Bellingham.
If you have any questions regarding this information, please reach out to Michael Connor at mconnor@bpsdk12.org
For those who may be curious, spring registration opens January 1st ... we will once again offer Instructional Golf for 7th and 8th graders.
