Old Red...Done!

We loved our field trip to Old Red this week! Students commented they loved participating in the mock trail and the children's part of the museum that was very interactive. We appreciate all of our parents who chaperoned so that we could have a successful trip.

Growth Mindset: Class Dojo Episode 4!

The 4th episode of Class Dojo's growth mindset series focuses on neurons in the brain and how children can create new pathways in their brain by challenging themselves. The brain is SO interesting! :)

Big Ideas for the classroom: Growth Mindset - Episode 4/5

25 Book Challenge

Our class is happily working on their book challenges! I love that students are so interested in exploring different genres.

Please be sure to keep the 25 Book Challenge log up to date. The log is on bright pink paper and stored in a sheet protector in the binder.

Also, remember that this book challenge is for the 15-16 school year. You can count any book (over 100 pages for the 25 Book Challenge) that students have read this school year. (Poetry books and Non-fiction books can be less than 100 pages as long as they are on the appropriate reading level.)

Thanks so much for your support!
