Environmental Science Students visit Keystone Landing
Earlier this month, all students (shown above) enrolled in our Environmental Science class visited Keystone Landing to do actual water and soil studies. Students completed an overall physical assessment of the Nippersink Creek. They also collected data on water chemistry including pH, Nitrate, Phosphate, Dissolved Oxygen, Biological Oxygen Demand, Temperature Change, Fecal Coliform, and Turbidity. It is the goal of our science department to give our students real life experiences in the field of Science whenever possible.
