The Trash Can Game!
In honor of Earth Day, we bring to you a fun math game called THE TRASH CAN GAME! You can click on the photo below to watch a video on how to play, or click on this link here -----> to print a game board and directions.
All you need are some playing cards and something to write with. This game is demoed with four digit numbers, but can easily be changed to fit the needs of even our earliest learners by using only two or three boxes.
Spring into Science!

Shower yourself in poetry
An acrostic poem is a poem where certain letters in each line spell out a word or phrase around a topic. Have your child write an acrostic poem about spring.
You can print the paper below by clicking on the picture, or let them create their own using this as a guide: Acrostic Poem Resource.
