Below are important reminders for you, please be sure to read and familiarize yourself with these we transition to the Fall Semester.

Summer Account Balances Must be Paid by July 25th!

As a reminder, all student accounts must be PAID IN FULL by July 25th to guarantee your Fall Registration (See July newsletter for details).


ACCOUNTS NOT PAID IN FULL BY JULY 25TH WILL FORFEIT THEIR RESERVED FALL LESSON TIME!

No Lessons August 1st - 8th

As a reminder, the studio is CLOSED August 1st - 8th and there will be NO LESSONS during this time.


Office Hours during Break:

Monday, August 2nd - Thursday, August 5th: 9:30 AM - 1 PM.
Friday, August 6th: 2 PM - 5 PM

Saturday, August 7th: 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Act Fast - Lesson Times Are Now Limited!

Current lesson times DO NOT carry over into the Fall Semester. If you intend to participate in Fall lessons, you will need to register for a new time slot.


Many of our Teachers are already FULLY BOOKED. Check your teacher's availability in the Student Portal using the Calendar and navigate to August 9th. Available times are listed as Open Time Slot - to claim one, right click on the time and select Register.

All Students are REQUIRED to have a Card on File for auto-draft payment on the 1st of each month.


Invoices are Payable Upon Receipt. A Late Fee of $10 will be applied to all unpaid accounts not paid by the 10th of each month and your lesson time may be forfeited.


SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS ARE BILLABLE and NOT ELIGIBLE for a make up session. Use the Student Portal to Cancel lessons in Advance.


Lessons cancelled in advance will be credited on the NEXT invoice or can be rescheduled based on teacher availability.

A Note to Our Trialing Students

We are so excited to have the opportunity to share music with you and your family! Below are a couple of reminders specific to you:


  • Lesson times are held for you for 72 hours after your trial.
  • If you would like to continue, you will need to communicate this to the office (scheduling@texasampsandaxes.com)
  • Curriculum is NOT included in tuition. If your teacher assigns books, you can purchase those from our office. Most Curriculum books are $6-14.
  • New Student Invoices are issued on Fridays and will include your Registration Fee. Subsequent Invoices will be issued on the 1st of Each Month.
