5. St Pius Tenth 6th Annual Restore All Things in Christ Tournament

Hello St. Pius CYO Families!

Our annual St. Pius Basketball Tournament is quickly approaching, and we are excited to start sharing some information with you!

It will run from Thursday, February 27 to Monday, March 2. This year, there are four locations: St. Pius, St. Jude, Aquinas, and St. Charles (a new site this year).

Donating Concession Items: Every year, we ask each family to donate one item, in order to stock the concession stands at St. Jude, Aquinas, and St. Charles. We do not charge admission to our tournament games, and the cost of your donated item is less than what the cost of admission would be. Please follow this link to sign up for an item to donate: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/9040949A9AA22A3FE3-concession

More details are included in the SignUpGenius, but please bring your item to your practice next week. Also, look for specific teams that are requested to donate certain types of gift cards.

BBQ Dinner on Sunday at Aquinas: New this year, we are having a Sticky Lips BBQ Dinner on Sunday, March 1 at Aquinas. For $10.50 (pre-purchase) you'll get 1/4 Chicken, Pulled Pork, two sides, and cornbread. It's a great deal! If you have a game at Aquinas or St. Charles on Sunday, March 1, it will be a great meal. If you have games at St. Jude or St. Pius, we hope you are able to make it over for the dinner to support our basketball program.

Click here to purchase tickets: https://stickylipsbbq.ticketleap.com/st-pius-tenth-cyo/

A limited amount of tickets will be available the day-of but the cost will increase to $13.

Volunteers Needed: We need parents/adults to fill the role of Site Marshals and Concession Workers during our tournament. Without your help, our tournament is not possible. Each family is required to take one shift. If you are able to help with an additional shift, that is greatly appreciated. A SignUpGenius will be sent over the weekend with the time slots and locations. We recommend signing up for the Concession Stand at the time slot before or after your player's game so that you can watch your kid play. You can be the Site Marshall during your child's game and still watch the game.

The Game Schedule: The game schedule is in final review by the St. Pius coaches and the non-Pius coaches right now, to ensure there are no major conflicts for teams. It should be out very soon, then your coaches will let you know when your games are.

Aquinas: Bring Your Own Chair: If you have a game at Aquinas, we recommend bringing your own folding chair. All chairs must have legs that will not scratch the gym floor's surface.

With your support, our tournament continues to grow every year. Thank you for all you do for St. Pius X CYO!

Stay tuned for more details!
