We are excited to welcome you to our first ever Virtual Back To School Night! We will kickoff this Wednesday night at 6:30pm with a live virtual welcome from Mrs. Gambino and Mr. Giarratano. Following this welcome, you'll be invited to view recorded presentations from each of your student's teachers. While you'll be missing out on the opportunity to get lost around the building trying to find all your student's classes, the good news is that you can enjoy the comfort of your own home while learning about each class's curriculum, expectations, and teacher! And the best part is that we are saving you from the myriad of Zoom links your children muddled through at the beginning of school! We can't wait to "welcome" you on Wednesday at 6:30pm! Please join us via Zoom:

New Arrival Procedures

In order to meet the parameters of the district reopening plan, we are changing our Arrival Procedures so that we can ensure social distancing. You can see in the map below that we will be utilizing multiple entrances; each grade level has designated entrances for car riders and bus riders. There is signage at each entrance, and staff will be posted each morning to direct students to the appropriate entrance.

We encourage parents who are dropping off their children to do so between 7:00am-7:30am. From 7:00am-7:20am, students will enter through Door #5, which is located at the back of the parking lot (see the green box below). These students will be supervised in the new gym, where they will be seated in desks that are socially distanced. Starting at 7:20am, car riders will utilize specific entrances specific to their grades. Also at 7:20am, any students in new gym will be invited to proceed to their homerooms. It is our hope that spacing out the arrival of car riders and bus riders will allow for a smooth flow of of traffic into the building. At 7:30am, students riding buses will then enter the building utilizing the entrances specific to their grade.

We ask that you take the time to review the map below with your child prior to his/her first hybrid day so that he/she understands where to enter. Additionally, there will be hand sanitizer stations at each entrance; and students will be required to use hand sanitizer prior to entering the building.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we work to implement these new procedures.

Mask Reminders

When we welcome our hybrid students to the building beginning September 21st, your child will receive two Freehold Township School District face masks. Please make sure your child enters the bus and/or arrives to school wearing his/her own mask on the first day of school, as district masks will not be distributed until homeroom. It is also suggested that your child regularly carry a few backup masks in his/her backpack in case they are needed.
