Definition of UV Waves
Ultraviolet (UV) light is electromagnetic radiation with a wavelength shorter than that of visible light but longer than X-rays (from 400 nm to 10 nm in wavelength).
Uses of Ultraviolet Waves
-it can be used for sunbeds that are used for tanning
-it can also be used to put vitamin D in food and drinks
-It is also used to kill bugs like the purple lights that you see in restaurants
-it is best to be used to disinfect waste water which is really important
