The Canvas contract with Madison County Schools ends on June 30, 2021. If you have content in your Canvas LMS that you'd like to use next school year, be sure to watch THIS VIDEO to learn how to export your content over to Schoology.

Getting Started
1. Go to Whiteboard.chat click on “Start Drawing.”
2. Pick, “Start Teaching” if you would like to create a board and push out a copy to each of your students that they will be able to annotate on and you will be able to see. Pick, “Start Collaborating” if you would like to create a single board for multiple people to work on. Pick “Manage Boards.” If you would like to view any of your past saved boards. Note, you can only save and view boards if you login.
3. Login by clicking on the gear in the upper right-hand corner. You can login with Google, Facebook, or with an email.
4. Once you have created a board, you can share it with your students by clicking on the gear in the right-hand corner. You can easily share the link, a QR code, or email participants with the link.

Alabama Space Academy for Educators Scholarships
The U.S. Space & Rocket Center receives funding from the Alabama Legislature to provide scholarships to educators from across the state to attend Alabama Space Academy for Educators. This immersive, professional development program allows teachers to train like astronauts as they learn among their peers. Unique opportunity for students to sharpen STEM skills
LABS (Launching Aspiring Biotechnology Scientists) is designed to equip rising 9-12th grade students with the basic skills and knowledge that are essential to join the future STEM workforce. Students selected to participate will meet and work in the educational labs on the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology campus weekly after school.
