President's Welcome - Dr. Davis welcomed everyone to the meeting.

- The Board approved the minutes from the April 25, 2022 legislative meeting.
- The April 2022 committee meeting minutes were affirmed.
Education Committee/Curriculum/Technology/Student Services Recommendations -
The Board reviewed and approved the following:
- Enrollment Report
- Professional development conferences
- German Exchange Program for school year 2022-2023
- MCIU Shared Services Agreement 2022-2023
- Independent Education Evaluation (IEE)
- Educational agreement for Extended School Year (ESY)
- PowerSchool Software Renewal (Naviance)
Finance Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Routine matters - The Board approved the Treasurer's Report, the list of bill payments, and budgetary transfers.
- Tax Rebate Program for the 2022-2023 Tax Year
- 2022-2023 Proposed Final Budget
- Transfer to Capital Reserve
- Other matters - The Board approved a lease agreement with Mobilease Modular Space, Inc., an agreement with Hirschberg Mechanical for UDHS HVAC repairs, purchase of ancillary furniture and camera system for the new SRMS, authorization to enter into an agreement to lock electric rates from June 2022 to June 2027, a renewal of the Athletic Training Services agreement with NovaCare Rehabilitation, an agreement for athletic uniforms, purchase of an Infinite Campus Workflow Suite extension application tool, termination of the Professional Services Agreement with Fairwold Academy, and one (1) settlement stipulation.
Personnel Report/Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Personnel Report inclusive of appointments, Extended School Year (ESY) and Summer STEM appointments, resignations, retirements, leaves of absence, changes of status, mentor appointments, and extracurriculars.
Policy Committee Recommendations -
The Board approved the second reading of the following policies:
- Bank Accounts (608)
- Student Activity Funds (618)
The Board affirmed first reading of the following policies:
- Investment of District Funds (609)
- Payment of Bills (616)
- Petty Cash (617)
- Building Security (709)
Other Business Recommendations -
The Board reviewed the MCIU 2022 Board election ballot and information. This was an informational item only for the Board.

Solicitor's Report - Mr. Diasio reported that the Board met in Executive Session on May 16, 2022 at 5:30 PM until just before 6:30 PM to discuss personnel matters.
Public Participation - The following topics were addressed during the second public participation period:
- Expenditure increases
- Tax increases
- Transfer to capital reserve fund
- Tax Rebate program
- District and Township collaboration
- New housing developments
- FWES disaster recovery work
- SRMS camera system and SRMS construction budget
Comments from the Board and/or Superintendent - The following topics were addressed:
- Dr. Yanni commented on taxes, expenditures, District and Township collaboration, and new housing developments. Mr. Lechman commented on the SRMS construction budget.
