Helpful Tips for Technology Problems
- Make sure that all other devices are not logged into the internet/hotspot during school time. This overloads your system and does not allow your child's chromebook to connect. Examples of devices are SMART tvs, phones, Roku etc.
- Make sure that you child's learning location is in a spot that they receive good wifi connection
