ROCKIN' TOP MENTOR- LEAD BY EXAMPLE AWARD
This reward will recognize those who are leading by example AND their teams are following their lead. If each Leader continues to work their business, their team WILL follow.
Leading by example: $568.70 in her own Personal Volume for April.
Following her lead: 48% of her frontline had $500 (qualified designer) or more in Personal Volume for the month of April.
***CHANGED*** I am now basing this percentage off of the total amount of "active" designers on each designers frontline NOT the total amount of designers on the frontline. Active=$99 in PV Qualified=$500.

Get Involved and Share the Love, but Mind Your Manners (from The Hoot)
We all know how fun it can be engaging with the O2 community online—all the energy and emotion can be really motivating. But please remember that corporate O2 social media is about generating consumer interest in O2 and building a community of fans. This is not the place for Designers to advertise and drive personal sales.
As stated in the Origami Owl Policies & Procedures, Designers are prohibited from using O2 corporate media channels and platforms to promote their own personal jewelry business. Designers cannot, for example, post a link to their O2 Personal Webpage, or send a private message. Not only is this practice unfair to other O2 Designers, it is also inappropriate.
If you have a Facebook page representing your personal O2 jewelry business, please remember that the P&P’s state that you must identify yourself as an Independent Designer. An Independent Designer Facebook heading/title MUST be displayed as:
“Origami Owl – [your first and last name], Independent Designer.”
All Designers will benefit from an active and positive social media community, so don’t post negative comments about O2. Instead, share positive experiences.
