Why We Need Imagination, Creativity, and Innovation in a Test-Driven World

I am asked this question every day and in multiple ways. This talk will explore the "why, how, and what" of this question and look at the current state of education across the land and globe. We will explore whether we are better off thinking outside or inside the box as we strive to answer this question.
