Parent Teacher Conferences
The Sign-Up Genius for conferences is now open. Please view the sign-up and find a convenient time to meet with your child's teacher. We are offering both virtual and in-person sessions. The introduction for each teacher explains how to select virtual or in-person sessions. If you sign up for a virtual conference, we are utilizing Microsoft Teams this year so give yourself a little extra time to get logged in before the conference begins. Please be conscious of the start and end time for your conference slots to help teachers stay on schedule. If you have more than one conference, please allow for adequate travel time.
Use the following link to schedule a conference with your child’s teacher: (Please be sure to click on your child's tab so you don't sign up for the wrong teacher).
www.signupgenius.com/tabs/1357FDA0FA4C9E4C60-winchester
Each teacher has a tab at the top of the page. Scroll to the right to find your child’s teacher, click on the teacher’s tab and sign up for a time slot that works with your schedule. Please be sure to allow time to get from one teacher to the next if you have multiple children at Winchester so we can stay on schedule.
Parent Teacher Conferences will be held as follows:
Wednesday, November 30th - Evening conferences 4:00-7:00 PM - in person
Thursday, December 1st - Afternoon conferences 1:00-3:55 PM - in person
Thursday, December 1st - Evening conferences 4:00 -7:00 PM - virtual
Friday, December 2nd - Afternoon conferences 1:00-3:45 PM - virtual

SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM
The Northville Public Schools provides a hot lunch program for interested students.
Families must preorder lunches for preschools and elementary students. Orders must be in by 8:00 AM for preschool students and 8:30 AM for elementary students to receive a lunch that day. The system will not allow you to order after the time listed above. For your convenience, meals can be preordered up to 30 days in advance. To avoid any issues, we recommend ordering the night before. You will need your Students Student ID number to complete the order.
Infectious Disease Response to COVID 2022-23
Students and staff that contract COVID should follow the Health Department recommendations and isolate for five days from the date where symptoms were present or from the date of their positive rapid or PCR test. Isolation includes waiting to return to school until the isolation period has ended. It is also recommended that students or staff should wear a mask for 5 days past their isolation period. See MDHHS Graphic below.
Parents should notify their child’s school of the absence reason so that teachers are aware of the student's absence period and our nurses can follow the health department’s infectious disease requirements. NPS School Nurses are available should you have any questions.
