Today, we are going to talk about something really important. What we are going to talk about is self management. But what is self management? Can anyone tell me what they think the word “self” means? The word self means “me.” We are going to be learning something that will help you! Now, what does the word “management” mean? This is a tough one. The word management means to control something. We are going to learn how you can control yourself and when it is important to control yourself.
