From Sheep to Wool
By: Jordyn Crouse
Wool comes from sheep. Sheep grow a thick layer of wool. The layer of wool comes off in one piece.
This is how wool is made. It is sorted and washed by workers. Wool is combed by workers or machines to get the knots out.
Wool is spun into yarn by a spinning wheel. The yarn is dyed. Then people buy the yarn.
