Credle Cub Weekly Memo
We are Credle proud!
Day of Kindness
Our Credle Cubs have been hard at work in the classroom as well as in the Oxford community. As our Cubs celebrated our Day of Kindness, students recognized many school and community helpers and decided to write letters, collect cards and give gifts to those that do so much to help make our school and community a great place to be.
- Students wrote letters to members of our Credle school community to thank them for all they do for our school.
- Students sent letters to our local fire and police departments, Sheriff's Department, and wrote letters to local nursing home residents.
As a school, students have been bringing in canned goods and nonperishable items to donate to our local food bank, ACIM, who assists families in our community.
Student Leaders in our Community
As our Credle Cubs continue learning about making healthy and positive choices in our school and community, we had several special guests visit our school - J.F. Webb High School student athletes (Varsity Football players and Cheerleaders). The students from JF Webb taught our Cubs about being kind to others, persevering to achieve their goals, and being leaders. The JF Webb students also performed several cheers and held a pep rally for our Credle students. We are on the move at C.G. Credle!
