Time change is here! Over the weekend, we moved our clocks one hour back. I hope you were not caught by "surprised" with the time change. Don't be late to your LIVE Academic sessions.
This is a short week - Friday is a Holiday. This means that your teachers won't be available this week's Friday. But remember that you can continue working on completing your classes' assignments including weekends and holidays. This is a great opportunity to get caught up with classwork because next week is Progress Report Week. Progress reports come out on November 18th.
The schedule for this week remains the same:
- Monday, all your LIVE sessions (P1-8),
- Tuesday & Thursday, Live sessions for Periods 1,3,5, & 7.
- Wednesday, Live sessions for Periods 2,4,6, & 8.
- Friday - No Live sessions [HOLIDAY]
Regarding students with Q1 Incomplete classes, this week we are working on identifying students that are at pace with their Q2 classes to offer them the opportunity to regain access to one Q1 Incomplete from Q1 (as a 4th class during Q2) to finish it. This will depend on student Q2 progress, teacher classes' capacity, and classes schedule (P1-8). We will contact you to let you if you qualify to continue working on a Q1 incomplete.
Remember: Your goal is to complete your assigned Q2 classes this quarter by the week of December 12th.
At Launch Virtual Academy, you have access to your educational journey any day of the week, at any time of the day. We are your compass!
