See who is coming to your event

With Smore's RSVP feature, you can easily manage the attendance at your event or party. Guests can respond directly on your newsletter and then you can track attendance through the analytics section of your newsletter.

Check out the guide below to learn more about how to create an event and manage RSVPs:

1. Click on the "Event" button

At the bottom of the Editor, click the orange "Event" button to add a new event

2. Add your event information

In the Event window, add:
  • Name
  • When
  • Where
  • The event details

Once you are done, Pro users can check off:

  • Allow visitors to RSVP to this event: when visitors view your flyer, they can write in their name, email address, and attendance status
  • Email me when a new guest RSVPs: you will receive an email confirmation when someone RSVPs to your event

The guest will also receive an email confirming that they RSVPed successfully to your event.

This is how an event appears your guests:

To RSVP directly on your newsletter, your guest must fill out their name and email address and then click "Attend (RSVP)."

Please note: this might look different to you (the author) when you are in the Editor. To preview how your newsletter looks to a visitor, you can click on the "Preview" button once you have saved your newsletter.

3. Keep track of RSVPs in the Analytics section

On the right side of the Editor, a blue "RSVP" button will appear once your first guest has RSVP-ed (it will not be there beforehand). An email will also be sent notifying you of your guest's response.

Once you click on the button, you can view a list of attendees.
