You need to exercise your own way that makes you comfortable. If your comfortable then you'll challenge yourself and work harder to succeed.
Planning
You need to be able to plan out your workout days and when you need to relax and recover. Also watch what you eat and make sure if you do eat something that isn't healthy, WORK IT OFF!!!!!
Time Management
To make sure you have enough time to do what you gotta do in order to work out.
Exercise
Do what your comfortable with but eventually you'll have to challenge yourself. Vigorous Exercises is very helpful not just Meduim Exercises
Eating Healthy
It plays a big part in everything because if u don't eat healthy then everything else is unnecessary.
